The Lola Hotel Istanbul

During my Easter stay, I really enjoyed the clean and well-maintained rooms at this hotel. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, cleaning daily and providing fresh towels and sheets. the hotel's management team, particularly Selim and Bega, were helpful and knowledgeable. They always went out of their way to solve any issues and provide valuable guidance. Another advantage I appreciated was the hotel's convenient location. It was centrally located, making it easy to explore key attractions and sites in the area.

One of the things I didn't appreciate was the check-in process. It was quite disorganized and confusing, requiring me to visit multiple hotels before being checked in.

The hotel is conveniently located near the attractions in the Old City, making it easy to explore and visit places like the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. It's just down the hill from the main sites, making them easily accessible by foot. The helpful staff provide good recommendations and are friendly. the rooftop terrace offers a relaxing space with great views.

The room could use some improvements in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to Sultanahmet Square and the Cemberlitas tramway station. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. The room I stayed in was cozy and compact, perfect for a solo traveler like myself. Despite some minor issues with cleanliness and lacking amenities, the value for money was good.
